Adding New Household (video)

From the ClientPoint Summary Page on the Household TAB there is an option called Create New Household. To start new household click the start new household button. Complete household type, head of household, relationship to head of household, and date entered (you should always be working in the Head of Household so the answer should be YES then SELF. Then begin searching for/adding new household members and their information until complete. Once you've added a new member, choose the Relationship to Head of Household (ex: Son, Daughter) and hit save. Click Exit when finished and it should populate under Household in the Summary and the Household tab as blue hyperlinks. Go into each members blue link and complete the rest of the assessment for each member. When finished with all members, GO BACK to the Head of Households link before proceeding.
